Cancellation & Refund Policy — Onlinedthshop

At Onlinedthshop, we strive to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience when you purchase or request a new DTH connection. However, if you need to cancel or modify your order, the following terms apply.

Before Delivery or Installation

Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of their order at any time before the product is delivered or the connection is installed by contacting our customer support team.

  • Upon cancellation, the order will be withdrawn and the refund process will be initiated.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 15–20 working days.

  • A 20% transaction and cancellation fee will be deducted from the refundable amount.

  • Any amount already paid toward delivery or remote service charges (if applicable) is non-refundable.

  • If the order was placed using a token or booking amount, that token amount is non-refundable.


After Delivery or Installation

Once the hardware has been delivered or installation has been completed, you enter into a service agreement directly with the respective DTH service provider. Onlinedthshop is not a party to that agreement.

  • As per industry practice followed by DTH agents and providers, cancellations or returns are generally not permitted after delivery or installation.

  • Customers are strongly advised to review the terms and conditions of the respective DTH service provider before proceeding with installation.
